The idea began with a familiar problem: a table full of people who wanted an adventure, and too little time to prepare one.
We wanted to keep the characters, choices and shared imagination that make role-playing special, while making it easier to begin. So we started building the stories, miniatures and materials we would want to bring to our own table.

FROM FIRST SKETCH
TO YOUR GAMING TABLE
Arianna gives the characters their first visual identity. Nicolas turns the drawings into digital sculptures. Musha prints, cleans and prepares the miniatures, then paints them by hand with Federica.
Musha and Franco write the stories and create their layouts; Musha also works on the English translations. We make resin dice, assemble the components and prepare protective packaging for each box.

Why did you create Handcrafted Heroes?
We created Handcrafted Heroes because we believe the biggest challenge in tabletop RPGs isn’t finding adventures—it’s finding the time to play them. Our mission is to remove hours of preparation while preserving the depth, immersion and excitement that make role-playing games unforgettable.
What does Ready-to-Play mean?
Ready-to-Play means you can open the box and start your adventure within minutes. Every box includes the essential components—hand-painted miniatures, maps, character booklets, dice and story guides—so your group can focus on playing instead of preparing.
Who creates the adventures?
Every Handcrafted Heroes adventure is developed by a multidisciplinary team of writers, game designers, artists, miniature sculptors and passionate playtesters. Each world is refined through extensive testing and community feedback before release.
Are your miniatures really hand-painted?
Yes. Every miniature included in our premium adventure boxes is individually hand-painted to provide a tabletop-ready experience straight out of the box. No assembly, no painting—just open the box and start playing.
Can beginners enjoy Handcrafted Heroes?
